Position Description:

Responsible for maintaining facility grounds including landscaping, parking lots, and other facility areas. Responsible for planting, maintaining flowers and shrubs, trees, flower beds and mulch beds. Pressure washing and removal of trash and debris. Responsible for general maintenance of grounds keeping equipment. Position based out of Orange Park location, must be able to occasionally drive to other 2 locations (Jacksonville & St Augustine).

Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

Requirements:

* Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a safe manner
* Moderate to high physical effort (standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing steps)
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
* Must be able to work in all kinds of weather
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be able to commute between all locations
